Tenille (Registered Dental Hygienist)

I have been with Conroe Comprehensive Dental Center since 2001 and, quite honestly, I wouldn't want to work anywhere else! We have the most amazing doctors and staff around. Our team trains extensively so we can provide 5-Star customer service, and it doesn't take long to see how we differ from the majority of dental offices today. We strive for excellence in everything we do, from the "New Patient Experience" (where we actually take the time to get to know you on a personal level in addition to addressing your needs and concerns)...to our "Continued Care" visits (where we take as much time as needed to perform our services to the best of our abilities.)

Dr. Gardner and Dr. Harris make a great team. They are not the average “drill and fill” dentists, but prefer to practice conservative dentistry with the latest technologies and best materials available. They always plan treatment with the patients’ best interest in mind, and apply the Golden Rule to everything they do! We have so many wonderful, loyal patients because Dr. Gardner and Dr.Harris practice dentistry confidently, ethically, and with great consideration to patient comfort. We encounter many new patients that have had bad experiences in the past and fear having dental work done, so we not only offer IV Sedation, but also NuCalm, a new drug-free alternative for relaxation. We have successfully converted many terrified patients by just taking our time and sympathizing with our patients on a personal level.

As a hygienist, I take my role as "dental disease prevention specialist" very seriously. I am very happy to offer advanced services to combat periodontal disease, like the perio laser, which addresses the disease on a microscopic level. I tailor my professional recommendations to meet the specific needs of each patient, because no two patients are alike. I am very passionate about what I do, and consider myself an educator and a motivator, and will never criticize or lecture my patients. I love each and every one of my patients, and take care of them as if they were a member of my own family!

And on the subject of family, I am happily married with a beautiful daughter and wonderful step-son... and Christmas 2015 we welcomed the furriest member of our family, a Labradoodle named Simon.

Jessie (Marketing Director & Executive Assistant to Dr. Gardner)

I’ve been part of Dr. Gardner’s team since 2009 and simply love it! It’s a pleasure serving and getting to know our patients.

While I’ve held several different roles in the office over the years, my absolute favorite, and current role is marketing director. As the marketing director I plan events, manage the practices' social media accounts and websites, train new hires, manage all outgoing ads and attend and participate in community events.

Our team is constantly learning and dedicated to make each and every visit pleasant and comfortable. Our office is truly one-of-a-kind in treatments offered, quality of service and standard of care.

I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State Univeristy in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in journalism. I met my husband during my last semester in college and we married in 2011. We have three awesome kiddos, Carter, Jackson and Kennedy, and a little Yorkie named Pippey. When I’m not at the office I enjoy spending time with family, working out and cooking.

Kaylyn (New Patient Coordinator & Team Leader)

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Gardner since 2010. From the day I started, it felt like home!

I originally started out working as a Registered Dental Assistant helping out with sterilization and then quickly transferred to the front desk. Being the receptionist allowed me to meet and greet our patients and ensure that their experience at our office was the best it could be! I am now the New Patient Coordinator, and absolutely love it! In this position, I am still able to maintain my goal of making sure each patient is comfortable and feels welcome in our practice.

Our office is truly one big family, and we strive to give the same family feeling to each of our patients, starting the minute they walk through the door. We focus on making sure each patient leaves the office more confident about their smile and with an overall better feeling about themselves.

My favorite thing about my job is how I am able to interact with patients. I love getting to know them on a personal level. Getting to see them transform into confident, educated patients in regards to their oral health is incredibly rewarding! I know many patients on a first name basis and look forward to seeing them at each visit. As a team we follow the 'Golden Rule' and work hard to ensure our patients are treated with courtesy and respect.

I have been married since 2011 to my best friend! We love to be outdoors and enjoy spending most of our time with our black lab, Remi. We have recently found a love for traveling and can’t wait for new adventures!

Rachel B. (Registered Dental Hygienist & Team Leader)

I am from Montgomery and graduated from Conroe High School in 2000 and moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado a few years later. While living there I completed a dental assisting program and after moving back home I assisted for 6 years. During that time I continued my career in becoming a dental hygienist. Dr. Gardner gave me the opportunity to become part of our team at Conroe Comprehensive Dental Center in 2010, even though he knew I would be leaving in about a year’s time to go to dental hygiene school. It proved to me his view on education and growth. After graduating in 2013, he rehired me knowing that our second location in Montgomery would be opening in the near future. It was a blessing to come out of school and be welcomed back in an office that I can call home.

Dr. Gardner is passionate about continuing education for our team in order to provide the absolute best experiences, care and dentistry for our patients. Our group is one of a kind and we aim to exceed our patient’s expectations. It’s a privilege to work in an environment of loving co-workers and I consider them extended family. Becoming a dental hygienist was my goal for several years and I now strive to perfect my skills, continue to grow in my profession, and develop long lasting friendships with our patients.

Outside of the office I am a mother of one amazing son. He is in 11 years old, in 6th grade and is my greatest blessing in this life. We have two dogs, Blue and Sassy, and a bearded dragon named Skeeter. I enjoy bible study, spending time with my family and friends, learning new recipes, camping, hiking, biking, nature and traveling when I have the opportunity.

Oly (Registered Dental Assistant & Team Leader)

I have been in the dental field for 10 years and began working for Dr. Gardner's office in 2012. The dental assistant position allows me to communicate and interact with patients. I enjoy helping patients overcome any concerns about their treatment and explaining the technologies and materals we use. I am also very happy to help patients who speak Spanish.

I love the way all of our patients become part of our dental family. Our practice is dedicated to providing the best dental care to all patients. We do our best to make all patients' visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I'm really honored to be part of this team. I am committed to making your dental visit very enjoyable.

During my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids, playing any outdoor sport or just relaxing at home watching movies.

Braylan (Registered Dental Assistant)

I was born in Kingwood, Texas and raised in Willis. I have always been an active and well balanced guy, and I became an Eagle Scout at an early age. I received my associate's degree in theology while attending Texas Bible College. I'm now pursuing a dentistry career by attending Lone Star College and then will precede elsewhere to pursue my doctorate degree. I consider myself a determined and motivated young man with a lot of integrity and a huge heart. While attending Lone Star College, I decided to start my own commercial cleaning business called America's Cleaning Solution to help fund my college adventure.

I am happily married to my wife of two years, Adrianne, who is also an entrepreneur herself. In our free time we enjoy spending time outdoors with our beloved beagle named Daisy. We attend the Pentecostal's of The Woodlands Church where we are also involved in youth ministry.

Susan (Financial Coordinator)

I'm very excited to be given the opportunity to work with this group of people. I'm very impressed with all the employees here and how their main concern is making the patients feel at home and comfortable during their visit. We want this to be the best experience they've ever had during a dental visit.

I enjoy traveling especially if it's to the beach where I can relax, enjoy the sunshine and read a good book. I also love spending time with my grandchildren.

Amber (Registered Dental Assistant)

I am a dental assistant and have been involved with dentistry for 5 years. I started working for Dr. Gardner in November 2015 and honestly love being able to work in such a professional and caring office. Dr. Gardner and Dr. Harris are both wonderful dentists and I enjoy working with them.

I have also been an instructor for the Montgomery County Dental Assisting School since August 2016. I love being able to teach and help those who want to become an assistant. I am certified in CPR and nitrous oxide. Currently, I am in college to get my degree to become a dentist. I am very excited to see what opportunities the future holds.

I am originally from Orange, Texas. I recently moved to the Kingwood area, to a new home that my husband and I received in December 2016. I have been married for a little over 3 years to an amazing man. We have one dog, Dakota. My husband and I are youth leaders (ministers) at our church and I sing lead soprano for our praise team. I love to sing, play the piano and was in choir for years in high school.

Krystal (Hygiene Coordinator)

I have really enjoyed the opportunity to get to call Conroe Comprehensive Dental Center my home. Being able to see first-hand the lives that have been changed by the doctors is truly rewarding. Everyone here is so warm and welcoming that from the moment I walked in it felt like a family. I get the privilege to be able to meet and get to know each and every one of our patients, new and existing.

My position as the Hygiene Coordinator is both rewarding and exciting because I get to spend so much time communicating with our patients with the goal of ensuring they achieve and maintain excellent oral health. I work hand-in-hand with our hygienists to set up reservations for our patients while assisting with various insurance and financial matters.

I am from Spring Texas and have lived in the area for my entire life. I graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2015 with my Bachelors of Business Administration. Soaking up Mother Nature with my boyfriend and our two dogs Pennee and Junniper exploring the outdoors is how I prefer to spend my free time. When I am not going on an adventure I can be found in my Craft Cave where I enjoy designing, creating, and experimenting with different crafts and DIY ideas.

Alexis (Registered Dental Assistant)

I attended dental assisting school at Lone Star College Kingwood finishing top of my class. I started my career at Montgomery Comprehensive Dental Center in November of 2016. I have learned so much from each of my coworkers. I love talking with patients and being able to help them find a permanent home for their dental care.

I was born and raised in Tarkington, Texas. I married my high school sweetheart (DJ) in December of 2015. I have a step-daughter named Emery, a spoiled rotten yorkie named Bella, and we are expecting our first baby in January of 2018. I have a twin brother (Zack), an older sister (Amanda) and an older brother (Brandon). I love spending time with my friends and family on the weekends and listening to live music. I also love to dance, play sports, and spend time outside enjoying the sun.

Marissa (Registered Dental Assistant)

I graduated dental assisting school in 2012. I went into assisting with Orthodontics, that is my passion. I practiced assisting in orthodontics for five years and then I made the switch to general dentistry. I started with Dr. Gardner and Dr. Harris in late 2016.

I love being able to watch patients transform into confident individuals. I am passionate about being able to help make patients feel as comfortable as possible when coming in our dental office. The doctors here are simply amazing. There are always right there to help you when you have questions and need training.

As for my personal life I married my best friend in 2011, we met when we were nine years old. He has been in my life longer than he has not been. We have two amazing children together. Our children are our world. We also have 4 dogs, a cat, and a pond full of fish. We are very big animal lovers.
